These terms apply to all apps published by Haoxiang Studio.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscription prices are displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

4. Free Trials

Some apps offer free trials. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps; use our apps for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in our apps are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
